How to Overcome Dry and Dull Skin




1 . Drinking Mineral Water .
We already know that the benefits of drinking mineral water is very beneficial for our body . Well , by drinking mineral water can also make your skin will be moist and fresh . With this it can cope with dry skin and dull . Keep your drinking water about 2.5 liters or 8 glasses per day to avoid dehydration .

2. Cleanse the body on a regular basis ( Bath ) .
Try you bathe regularly , as this is also one way to cope with dry skin and dull . Rarely bath time can also cause various diseases because of the dirt on the skin , but with your shower then the dirt will disappear .

3. Avoid Stress.
People stress will usually look dull and pale, so you try not to stress. Because if you stress the blood flow in the body becomes not smooth, causing dry skin and dull.

4. Regularly Sports
With exercise you will sweat, and that sweat can help remove dead skin cells that stick to the skin. Thus making your skin fresher.

5. Enough sleep.
This means that you do not often sleep late, because staying up is the one that causes the skin to look dull and dry. Staying up late is not good for the body, rest for a minimum of 7 to 8 hours a night to make the skin look fresh and make a healthy body.
